Celestial Seasonings’ Tension Tamer tea has been a favorite of mine since I was younger. It’s an herbal tea but it’s more than simply chamomile an you would expect. Interestingly enough it has catnip in it as well as lemongrass.  The aroma gives away another ingredient: peppermint. Sometimes I drink it plain but at night I like it with a little bit of organic sugar and almond milk. Definitely one to try if you ned a relaxing tea.
